Hello everybody. My name is Holly and today I will be writing about myself. I am 15 years old and I live at home with my mother, father, and sister. Since I was 11, I have been a youth volunteer where I have taught/ taken care of children of the ages 1 1/2 to 5th grade. I have also been playing the piano for about 6 years. Finally, I also enjoy running, learning French, and when I have the time, reading and writing books.
One of the most important parts of my life is my family. I love doing things with my family members, including travelling, watching movies, and attending concerts. One example of a concert that we attended this summer was one at Ravinia, where you get to sit on a lawn and look up at the sunset while you listen to beautiful classical music.
Of the 15 years that I have been alive, the one that I remember is kindergarten, because even though it becomes more distant every year, it is still one of the most memorable and vivid years that I have experienced. Ever since I was young, I have always asked many questions, and the words "I have a question!" have become notorious in my family. I hope that you all enjoyed reading a little bit about me and will be back to read my future blog posts.
